Gideon Fostick, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Fostick has over twenty years of managerial experience in hi-tech and medical technology. Prior to joining Maxillent, Mr. Fostick served as COO of OrSense, a leading company in the field of non-invasive monitoring. Early in his career, he served as a project leader in multidisciplinary development for the Israel Defense Forces, where he was awarded the Israel Defense Award by Israel’s Ministry of Defense.
A graduate of the prestigious Talpiot program of the Israel Defense Forces, Mr. Fostick holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Bar Ilan University.
Dr. Hadar Better, MD, DMD, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Better is a highly regarded oral and maxillofacial surgeon with over twenty years of clinical experience. He serves as the Secretary and President-Elect of the Israeli Association for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Better is dually qualified as a dentist and as a physician, with a DMD degree from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem and an MD from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Rambam Medical Center in Haifa. In addition, he holds an MSc in medical science from the Hebrew University.
Dr. Better researches and lectures worldwide in the field of dental implants, bone implantation and sinus floor augmentation.
Yossi Gross, Chief Technology Officer
Yossi is a world-renowned entrepreneur with a successful track record of creating and managing over 25 innovative med-tech companies encompassing a wide spectrum of clinical fields. These companies have engaged in a wide variety of advanced technologies and have signed significant strategic agreements with multinational corporations. Yossi has filed over 500 U.S. patents and is highly respected among leading U.S. and Israeli corporations and venture capitalists.
Ilan Uchitel, VP Research and Development
Mr. Uchitel has over ten years of experience in leading mechanical and multidisciplinary product development, in the fields of medical and military technology. Prior to joining Maxillent he served as a research and development team leader in an elite technological unit in the Israeli Defense Forces.
Mr. Uchitel holds an MSc in Biomedical Engineering, an MBA, and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, all from Tel-Aviv University.
Tal Moyal, Director of Sales and Marketing
Tal has over ten years of management experience in multinational dental companies. Prior to joining Maxillent, Tal served in a leading Israeli manufacturer of dental implants, where she managed local and international sales, marketing and distribution channels. Tal led the development of the company’s distributor network, building personal relationships with distributors worldwide, and increasing bottom line results.
Tal has a proven track record in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, new product launches, creating pricing strategies as well as breaking ground into international markets.
Tal holds an MBA in Financial Management and a dual BA degree in Accounting and Financial Management, all from the University of Manchester.
